• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. This amount is deducted from the total cost of your performer/s.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations incur a fee of $50 be paid in addition to the deposit received by Archer Magic.
• Rescheduling: Any changes to the event date must be made in writing and are subject to the entertainer's availability. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
• Performance Duration: The entertainer will perform for the agreed duration as stated. Any extension of performance time will be subject to additional charges.
• Accommodation and Travel: If the event location is outside of the entertainer’s local area, the client is responsible for covering reasonable travel and accommodation expenses.
• Safety and Security: The client must always ensure a safe and secure environment for the entertainer and their crew during the event.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, etc.).
• Parking: Client is to provide a parking space for Artist/s if no street or public parking is available.
• Liability: The entertainer is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Promotional Use: The client agrees that the entertainer may use photos and videos of the performance for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
