A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your timeslot with the twister.
This amount will come off of the balance at the end which will be settled on the completion of the events booking.
The twister will inform those in the line 30 minutes prior to end time that he will not be taking any more requests past a certain point:
This is to ensure he is able to leave on time for his next booking.
There is clear signage displayed of the start & end time as well as a banner to advise everyone in line of this process. This is to take the stress off the event organiser.
Patches is a busy little twister so the more notice given, the better.
Bookings are preferred to be made 2 weeks prior to your event date however if this isn't possible, simply get in touch & if he can make it work. He will.
1. Patches has a full working with children check & will happily provide a copy if requested.
2. Patches is fully vaccinated & follows all COVID-19 safety measures.
3. Patches has public liability insurance & will happily provide a copy if requested.
4. All balloons used are eco-friendly & inflated with clean air.
